Application

LC1-F series ac contactor, it mainly applies to the circuit of ac 50Hz/60Hz, and rated insulating voltage 1000V. When used in AC-3 and rated operational voltage 380V, the rated current up to 800A, for long distance breaking circuit and frequently starting or control the motor. Combined with electromagnetic starter and proper thermal overload relay can protect load circuit. Contactor can frequently start and control ac electromotor.

Normal running and installation conditions

● Ambient air temperature: -5C~+40C, the average value should not exceed +35C within 24 hours.

● Elevation: at most 2000m.

● Atmospheric conditions: When the temperature at 40, the relative humidity of atomsphere should be at the most 50%. When at relatively low temperatures, it could have higher relative humidity. Monthly maximum relative humidity could be not more than 90%. Special measures should be teken due to occurrence of dews.

● Class of pollution: Class3.

● Impact shock: Product should be installed and used in the place where often shakes and impacts.

Feature

● The contact system of the contactor is made of direct action type and double-breaking points allocation. The lower base-frame of contactor is made of shaped aluminum alloy and the coil is made of plastic enclosed structure. The coil is assembled with the amarture to be an integrated one. They can be directly taken out from or inserted into the contactor. It is convenient for user service and maintenance.

● The contactor can add two auxiliary contact blocks, which will have 8 extra contacts.

● The contactor is of short arcing distance. For example, the arcing distance of LC1-115~330 contactor is only 10MM(200~500V), which is about one sixth that of the previous contactor of same capacity. It is excellent complementary element used for an electric control device and occupies smaller space in a complete set of equipment.

● Adopt building block system to mount auxiliary contact block, air delay auxiliary contactor and so on.

● The mechanical interlock can be added to the contactor in both horizontal direction and vertical direction.

● The contactor can be made to two poles, three poles or four poles contactors.
