Product Details

CJX2(LC1-D) series AC contactors are mainly used for AC 50Hz / 60Hz.rated voltage up to 660V and rated current up to 95A for remote switch, breaking and frequent starting, controlling the AC motor. Moreover, the contactor can act as the time-delay contactor, reversible contactor, star-delta starter by the accessories addition such as addition of modular auxiliary contact set. Air time delay head, mechanical interlock mechanism, etc. Moreover,it could act as the electromagnetic starter by the direct plug of the thermal relay.

This product conforms to the requirement of IEC60947-4-1& GB14048.4 standards.

Normal Running and Installation Conditions

*Ambient air temperature:-5℃-+40℃, the average value should not exceed +35℃ within 24 hours

*Elevation: at most 2000m

*Atmospheric conditions:

1. When the temperature at 40, the relative humidity of atmosphere should be at the most 50%

2. When at relatively low temperatures, it could have higher relative humidity

3. Monthly maximum relative humidity could not more than 90%

4. Special measures should be taken due to occurrence of dews

*Class of pollution: Class 3

*Installation category:Ⅲ

*Installation conditions: Degree of inclination between fitting suiface and vertical suiface should not exceed ±5°

*Impact shock: Product should be installed and used in the place where often shakes and impacts

Features

*Adopt building block system to mount auxiliary contactor bolck, air delay auxiliary contactor,thermal overload relay and so on, which can be combined into multiple derived series product.

*Contactor has the adcantage of small volume, light, low consumption, high life, good safety.

Main contactor below 32a has 1 N/C or 1 N/o there is 1 N/c and 1 N/o above 40A.

Contactor can be assembled with F4F8 auxiliary contact or Time-delay block.

*Contactor can not only use screw mounting, but also use 35mm [CJX-09-95], 75mm [CJX-40-951 and 2 x 35mm [CJX-115-170]international standard Din-rail mounting.

Guidance For Selection Of Contactor

*AC-3 Utilization category.

*Three phase asynchronous squirrel-cage motor breaking current under AC-3 Utilization category, It is motor rated running current.

*For example: asynchronous motor P =5.5KW-Ue 400V -le= 11A-Ic le= 11A,or asynchronous motor P= 5.5Kw-Ue= 415V-le = 11A-Ic=le= 11A,needs 3000000 operations.

*According to above curves, the corresponding contactor model is CJX2-18.
